Time Killing...

Everyone has a hobby they use to kill time. Well, there are people who don't but THEY don't have a life. It is natural that I am no exemption to this. However, I still do believe that no matter what hobby we have, we must still be able to manage our time properly. Unless of course, you're a lazy couch potato who doesn't do anything but watch television all day.

First Off: Writing
Honestly, I LOVE to write, be it poems or haiku's to full fledged stories. I tend to create fantasy worlds in whimsy. Sometimes, I tend to be motivated so much that in moment's folly, I can fill a page with words. Some other times, I tend to be unmotivated that I sit for hours looking at a blank page. I can't help but yearn to find myself in the worlds I created. Personally, I believe that this is an affliction that all authors suffer from... The desire to see your characters in person, to see the landscape you created in your mind face to face.

Secondly: Reading
Now, in my opinion, I believe that reading and writing go hand in hand as hobbies. Of course, many of the greatest authors of our time are inspired by other authors. I could read fast, skim actually, but be able to understand the entire story. I would rather read than get paid a thousand dollars for simply sleeping. For me, reading takes me to places where I wouldn't normally be able to go to.

Thirdly: Singing?
Hardy-har-har! No one laugh and/or poke me :D I do enjoy singing, but, I only sing for the praise of the Lord. I love Gospel/Christian songs. My favorite musical group that performs such music is "Hillsong." I ADORE their music simply because their music doesn't only carry powerful lyrics, but also, the melodies and tempos are not cliche. One of my favorite songs is Still, of course, by Hillsong.

Well, that's all for now... I guess... Maybe I'll update this in the future.
